  • If extra work is needed, the exhibitor should get an approval from the organizer and the relevant charge is responsible of each exhibitor.(Overtime work form)
  • Submission of an “Overtime Work Form” is required for work outside exhibition hall hours.
  • Organizer will notice the booth installation schedule to each exhibitor according to sectors.

Foreign Exhibits

  • All overseas exhibits must be handled through designated freight forwarders and customs brokers. All costs and responsibilities shall be borne by the exhibitor.

Required Pre-Submission Documents

  • Submit 3 copies of the invoice to the designated freight forwarder by February 15, 2027
  • When preparing the Bill of Lading (B/L), invoice, and packing list, items must be clearly classified as exhibits, samples, or consumables

Shipping Deadlines (Arrival in Korea)

  • Sea Freight: By February 15, 2027
  • Air Freight: By February 19, 2027
  • Destination: Incheon Port, Busan Port / Incheon (Gimpo) International Airport

Key Customs Regulations

  • The consignee on the B/L must be the designated forwarder or the organizer
  • The exhibitor may be listed as consignee only when handling customs clearance directly
  • Goods in the bonded exhibition hall may not be moved without customs approval
  • Exhibitor representatives must be present during customs inspections for bonded goods
  • The validity of the consignee extends up to two months after the exhibition closing date; after this period, transfer procedures will be carried out based on a certificate of transfer

Exhibit Management

  • Exhibit items should be managed by resident members of the exhibitor during both installation and exhibition periods.
  • The ultimate management responsibility for the exhibit items is the exhibitor. The organizer will not compensate for the any loss due to accidents such as theft, fire, or damage to the exhibits.
  • Exhibitors are advised to obtain insurance coverage for their exhibits and equipment in advance.

Removal of the installation and Duty of damage restoration

  • After the termination of the exposition, each participant must finish removing the exhibition installation in its booth and diverse waste by 18:00, March 13(Sat), 2027., under the exhibitor’s own responsibility.
  • If the removal is not completed during the said period, the organizer will remove any remnants and will charge the exhibitor in question any expenses accrued.
  • All waste generated during move-in/out and the exhibition period must be disposed of by the exhibitor at their own expense (using designated waste disposal bags).
  • Any damage to exhibition hall facilities must be restored at the exhibitor’s expense (in accordance with KINTEX restoration guidelines).
